All our instructors are able to teach alternative exercises for you, no matter what age or fitness level you are at. You can choose from a wide range of classes including:
HIIT - Research has proved that the most effective way to burn fat is by using short, high intensity training intervals with resistance. This combination sends your metabolism through the roof. HIIT is a simple, honest workout that does this by using your own body weight as resistance and exercises that involve as many muscle groups as possible.
Bungee Fitness - with Bungee Fitness, you will be questioning - does it still count as proper exercise if you can't stop smiling doing it. Its a great workout, its so much fun and its like nothing you've done before. "Trust Your Bungee", the feeling of weightlessness and freedom is amazing. Flying and defying gravity on your Bungee is a low impact cardio workout that is easy on your joints and so much FUN.
Kettlebell - This is a body transformation and toning class using light kettle-bells. It is a combination of thirty-seven exercises worked for one minute intervals.
Group Spin - A very effective calorie burning aerobic work out. Using a purpose built stationary cycle to ride a virtual route. Your instructor and the high energy music make for an effective, fun ride. The routes and music are changed daily.
Group Rowing - Rowing is a full body work out. Rowing at set stroke rates and at your own intensity ensures the best results for you.
Barbell Blitz (Body Toning) - Using a barbell with weights to suit you, this workout gives strength, endurance and tones the whole body.
TRX - is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Yoga - Our yoga classes include Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga for muscular strength and joint flexibility driven by breath.
Reform Fit - A Reformer is a versatile piece of equipment with a movable carriage that creates resistance for a work-out like no other. Reform Fit is a highly effective series of work-outs which targets muscles you never thought you had. Lengthen, strengthen and tone your whole body. Suitable for all abilities.
Aerial Pilates - stimulates and challenges our core, offers muscle strengthening , aligns our spinal bones and decompresses our joints. This is achieved with the (hammock), which is both soft and durable, and is usually hung from the ceiling, to a small height above the floor. Aerial Pilates practice can be adjusted to both beginners and advanced practitioners, even to athletes. As a result, an Aerial Pilates lesson can vary from mild, calm and therapeutic to very demanding.
